El auxiliar DID del idioma Ingles.

El auxiliar DID se usa cuando mencionamos como sujeto
cualquier pronombre, I YOU, WE, THEY, HE, SHE, IT. Que en
Español son, YO, TU, NOSOTROS, ELLOS, EL, ELLA, ESO.

*** Quiero que observes que cuando DID se usa, el verbo
permanece en presente.

Se usa DID con cualquier pronombre en pasado para;

interrogativos,

negativos en pasado,

enfatizar,

respuestas cortas,

Debes saber el pasado de verbos regulares e iregulares;

Ejemplos; Usaremos el verbo COOK y EAT como ejemplos.

I cooked well.
(Verbo en pasado)
You ate a sandwich.
We cooked well.
They ate a sandwich.
He cooked well.
She ate a sandwich.
It cooked well.

Para Interrogativos;

** Observa que el verbo no expresa el pasado en interrogativo,
lo expresa el auxiliar did.

Did I cook well?
Did you eat a sandwich?
Did we cook well?
Did they eat a sandwich?
Did he cook well?
Did she eat a sandwich?
Did it cook well?

Respuesta en afirmativo;

** Observa que en afirmativo el verbo cambia a su forma de
pasado.

Yes, I cooked well.

Yes, we cooked well.
Yes, they ate a sandwich.
Yes, he cooked well.
Yes, she ate a sandwich.
Yes, it cooked well.

En afirmativo solo usamos DID para enfatizar y en respuestas
cortas.

**Observa que cuando se enfatiza se usa el auxiliar did y el
verbo permanece en tiempo presente.

Respuestas cortas;

Una vez logres poder comunicarte con palabras de CONTENIDO, ahora tu enfoque se dirige a dominar la estructura del idioma inglés. La estructura viene siendo la gramatica Inglésa. La gramatica o estructura son una serie de reglas para hablar y escribir el idioma Inglés.

El siguiente paso es dominar los tiempos verbales que indican tu experiencia con el idioma.

When I was ten years old I lived in Salinas California.
I went to Sherwood Elementary School.
At the end of fourth grade, the teachers organized a camping trip to the redwood forest. I was very excited and wanted so much togo to the two week trip, that I pestered my mom for permission. I did get permission but I had to come up with the eighty dollar fee on my own.

I worked two full weeks picking strawberries to make enough money. I ate more strawberries in those two weeks than I have in my entire lifetime.

The day before the trip, I packed everything that was on the camping gear list. The departure date came and I was off to summer camp. I was so excited. We arrived at the camp three hours later. I was awed at the size of the trees.

I saw things I had never seen before, banana slugs, giant redwood trees, crayfish at a nearby stream, I even saw a real live bear.
We swam in the pool. We went hiking in the woods. We made bonfires and sang at night. I had so much fun! It was my best vacation ever!
